Still waiting

<p>cell c hasn't delivered my phone yet as they said they would deliver my phone as I have been going up and down to fix my phone as they promised me,they still haven't contacted me regarding the contracts and I want a new phone delivered to my work place as they agreed, nothing has been done its over a month now what is going on? Is this how cell c treats new clients. This is unexceptable and dishonest behavior. I want my new Phone delivered to me as they promised plus they need to also explain when do I get my airtime.</p>
