Still waiting
Three weeks later and still no closer to a solution. Got a call from cell c highveld malls manager saying that I will have to pay R3000,00 for a huawei or wait for the cell c Router which he will order. It was supposed to be ordered three weeks ago.
I can buy the Huawei router from takealot for R1399,00.
Cell c need to find a solution to this matter as its becoming ridiculous.
On the 11th of April 2019 I took my cell router for repairs to Cell C witbank highveld mall. Two days later I got a message that they replacing my router and I must to the cell c shop to collect it.
Two weeks later I’m still waiting for the router because they don’t have stock. They want me to pay R1300,00 for a different brand . I’m not prepared to pay that amount because it’s ridiculous.
Please sort this out as soon as possible and Teach them so customer service because they are very unfriendly.

Yesterday morning, we received feedback from the store manager at Highveld as per "I spoke to the client he said he will come and take Cell C home router".
Please advise which part are we missing here?

On three occasions I went to the store and was told that the item is on order and they waiting for delivery. Know Mr FU attitude Manager tells me that it was only ordered on Monday.
Cell c need to seriously employees and more competent worker and train the manager better.
Lucky for me I have 12 more months on the contract than I'll say FU Cell c.
