Still waiting, 2 years
Still no reply from cell c about my phone, wow guys it's almost 2 years now....bad bad bad service. And to top it off that phone is paid in full. Never will I recommend cell c .

As per the feedback that was provided when you logged your review in November 2018, the consultant contacted you and advised that she could not pick up anything with the contact number you provided. She also mentioned that you did not have the Job number and IMEI of the handset and was unable to pick up any details on the system.
She then advised that you visit the store where you booked in your device for assistance. We will get someone to follow up.
