Still useless cell c. Run by apes.

After numerous hellopeters your people who handle these complaints are useless at handling completely frustrated clients. Yourl still debiting my account after i told yourl hundreds on times on hellopeter and hundreds of times over the phone.

Somebody what do i do. What is the next step. Has to be the ombudsman or im i going mad trying to cancel my month to month contract coz it expired

No matter how i try you people tell me yourl cant get a hold of me. I wish yourl could get a hold of me to cancel like your agents still call me every week and we answer to upgrade but to resolve a problem your agents call once then say they tried.

3 months later and im still getting debited.
