Still unresolved and now referred to join Vodacom

This is feedback on the previous post below:

Had a call from their social media team with a promise for a call from the relevant department... Received a call from Bongani from networks promising that he will follow up with Cycil Morris and the contractor and get back to me... Nothing further.

On another note: Vodacom has better deals on the Samsung Galaxy S9 than Cell C so I will be moving to Vodacom as your Staff at the Glen store can not even bother to try and make a good deal for a customer, actually was told to go to Vodacom if I want a better deal... Guess Cell C has enough customers that they start referring their loyal customers to other providers.

Cell C coverage a lie Was promised that they will install an antenna at my house due to the poor service as a customer retention reason by Mervin Morris and it never materialized. Calling him back is as useless as their service as calls are ignored.

Now they want me to upgrade my contract but why would I if I get no decent coverage. The map indicates LTE /LTEA coverage but I am lucky to get 3G HSDPA.

Then I am told that the Huawei B315 is not an LTE device - funny only on their network as Rain and MTN gets LTE on that device.... In fact even huawei says its an LTE device.... I also have a B618 - an LTE-A device - and same poor speeds.

All My devices are LTE devices and yet the service is poor and Cell claims no issues.

We are gradually moving our 6 + numbers to other providers who are willing to give the service due to the issues here. Thank goodness for MNP.
