STILL THE WORST
I submitted my claim for my lost cellphone almost 3 months ago, I have not heard feedback at all. I contacted the call center and they said my details were loaded on the system but there were no documents sent. I went to Cell C in Walmer Park about 3 months ago to fill in the documents myself and they assured me the documents had been sent. I called C Surance again and asked them to check their system as my documents have been sent, BUT STILL NOTHING!!! What kind of Mickey Mouse business is this? It is one thing that I have never received any receipt confirmation, but to be sent back and forth is absolute *******!!!
