Still taking money for a cancelled contract

I cancelled a contract that wasnt even opened properly but they continue to take money off my account for it. Ive tried to call them but to no avail. They collected the phone and starter pack which was still sealed. But they have been taking money for tge last 3mnths. Unacceptable!
