STILL STRUGGLING WITH CELL C

I am so sick of struggling with cell c. This it the worst client services EVER!!! Mpho promised to call me after the 5th of September with a refund that was suppose to be made back in to my account. I am still waiting for the refund and I am still waiting for Mpho to call me back. What must I do to get service from Cell C?
