Still poor service, ********** company
Still poor service. See that they have tried to contact me but they have been blocked by a spam reporting app so it immediately gets blocked. Got an SMS to phone them, Phoned them just to be told sorry we cannot assist, when asked to put through to a manager they put the phone down. They have my email, but no emails received from them. Emailed them on the "special" email they provided in the non public response but no reply back from that either.

27 Jan 2022, 17:59Great service had to phone put down twice in my ear in one day. Guess the call centre operators has no managers. So they know nothing and can help with nothing. 10 emails later said will get back to me. No such thing.
