Still patiently waiting for a response

Last week I posted a complaint on Hello Peter and CELL C was very quick to call and request that I update my query on Hello Peter to being resolved however they have done absolutely nothing!! The consultant I spoke to promised that he will get back to me and ensure that it was resolved. So I am still waiting. It is really sad that people cannot do their jobs or find it so difficult to do a very simple thing!
