STILL PATHETIC SERVICE, CELL C DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE WORD SERVICE MEANS.

Cell C customer service should not even be called Customer Service, because they dont know the 1st thing about servicing clients.

i wish there was a system on here to deduct stars , because they dont even deserve 1 star.

So up to this hour i have still not received my paid up letter from Cell C, after them confirming here on Hello peter that my letter was being drafted and that i would receive the letter shortly that was at 10am this morning, it is nearly 2pm and still no paid up letter.

Never mind that , after speaking to several consultants that have ****, i spoke to the Team leaders who also lies, looks like Cell C is just a Sh#t show based on a number of *****, looks like the qualifying criteria at Cell C to get a job is to be a good ****.

Because the 1 consultant said that there is only 1 team leader in the entire call center yet i have spoke to 2 , so i dont know if the other one is a ghost or what?

i spoke to Phaballo who advised that he would call me back by 11 this morning with feedback on my letter, it is now almost 2pm and i still havent received feedback.

i spoke to Katlego who said that when i sent him the email yesterday he had already knocked off, when i asked him what time he knocks off his reply was at 3:30 but the emails were sent to him at 1:00pm yesterday, amazing,

Oh but that doesnt surprise me because cell c time is clearly from another Dimension.

oh and then katlego says he is doing his best to assist me, he is pushing, when asked how he is pushing hes reply was he sent an email yesterday and he will send one today. WOW talk about going the extra mile!!!! going above and beyond for their clients. oh and another thing the letter has been sent to the back office, looking like the back office is in time warp or a capsule, as everything gets sent to the back office and remains there it doesnt return, i also requested the calls for the consultants i have spoken to and i was advised that i would have to go into a cell c store request the calls and if they cant get it in the store they will request it as well. Guess from where THE BACK OFFICE! amazing, seems like the back office is part of the Guptas or something, because we never know what the H#ll is going on there. Never mind that, i was told that the turn around time for receiving the paid up letter would be 48 hours, when i spoke to Katlego hes turn around time for the paid up letter is 7 - 21 working days. amazing another thing at Cell C that they lie about.

so the TAT that went from 48hours to 7 - 21 working days depending on who i am on the call with.

the motto at Cell C should be **** ****.

i am still waiting for the Paid up letter from cell c that has thus far taken 5days working days.

i still have not received feedback.

the person who replies now must please either give me the paid up letter or refer me to someone who can give me the paid up letter.

and i dont want a generic reply.

i am tired of the generic replies and when i requested to speak to whoever on Cell C told me that my letter was being drafted i was told that , thats the social media department and i cant speak to them either , so within cell c i cant speak to anyone but the customer service call center who doesnt even know the 1st thing about servicing a customer.
