Still on ITC
After trying to reach out to Cell C to get me off of ITC a few weeks back due accounts that have been paid in full for Almost a year now, I still haven't received any information nor confirmation of being taking off of ITC. Obviously they didn't do their homework and now I'm the one being penalized for. It's also Obvious that no one competent is handling this situation and if not resolved ASAP, I will be contacting the ombudsman.
