Still on bureau after cancellation

I have cancelled my Cell c account in July 2019, and we are in December 2019 and still the account appears on my bureau.

I have tried contacting Cell c, but I get transferred every time and no one answers.

Please update the bureau details, so that the account does not reflect on my bureau.
