Still o feedback from Cell C

<p>Wrote my 3rd complain to Cell C on 26 Aug 16.This is my 4th and final complaint for the record.I will now migrate my number to another network and stop the cell C debit order.They tell you someone will repond to your complain then nothing happens this is my 4th complain for poor signal and call dropping.Goodbye Cell C</p>
