Still Nothing after about 5 complaints

Its been more than 4 months and numerous promises and still know one has help me or done something about the problem. They took down our tower and now we do not have any signal on the farm...and when i leave a complaint all everybody says...I will see what i can do and needless to say they have been seeing what they can do for 4 months and nothing...
