Still not solved...

I have requested a change of ownership 3 months ago. When I did that, the Manager of the Potch branch offered me a new contract. I asked if it is possible, as the other contract was only 1 year in. He assured that it was possible. I took the new contract under the impression that the old one will be null and void. The change of ownership never happened and my aunt still pays for this contract. Now they want me to hand back the phone so that contract can be cancelled. That after 3 months.
