Still not resolved C surance

<p>Good morning Natasha</p> <p>I trust you are keeping well?</p> <p>Thank you for your assistance and rectifying my premuim.</p> <p>However i would like to bring another query to your attention.I signed up for new contract in the 15/04/2017 and requested R69 for a R5000 rand phone (and not R149 for a R9000 phone) after much debate between cell c and yourself the mistake was rectfied thank you. I was charged in my latest bill for the 1 st may 2017 R6.05 pro rata and R60.52 for the correct insurance however i was also charged R91.49. By c sure for R9000 rand cover which i did not request.i have attached my latest billing for may 2017.</p> <p>Can you please investigate and revert asap.</p> <p>Kind regards<br />Royston</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that i have wrote this email to finrite however billing occirs on Cell C</p>
