Still not refunded after two months

I reported my problem with Cell C on Hello Peter (http://hellopeter.com/cell-c/complaints/nearly-two-months-and-still-not-refunded-***) and Cell C left a comment that the case was \resolved amicably\". <br> <br> I spoke to S.N. Ndhlovu, who handled my Hello Peter complaint and we came to the agreement that I would be refunded in full for the amount of R4 186, 88. This would have been paid back within 3 to 7 business days into my account. <br> <br> Cell C, it has been 7 business days now, and I still don't have the money!
