Still not making me happy

I see that on my previous complaint, Cell C believes they have resolved the issue. I can tell you that you haven't even tried.<br> <br> I was promised a response within 48 hours - 7 days later and nothing. YOU GUYS REALLY TRULY SUCK. Please dont send another email promising to resolve the issue, or getting some random person call me to sort this out - why not actually provide some customer service and SORT IT OUT. I also see that even though you acknowledged the issue, you still took the next payment - thanks CELL C - MTN all is forgiven.
