still not fixed

After receiving a Sony E 1 last year June it was booked in twice already for the same problem and every time it is 21 working days with out a phone. It is my niece's phone and she travel to the university and last week when she was on her way home the phone frizz and then she has to restart it. And Cell C only feedback is to book it in again. This is not right
