Still not connected

I would like to place this complaint here so that whoever reads it will strongly consider not using Cell c as a service provider.<br> <br> I have made payment for my cell phone and yet 3 days later i am still not connected. The call center lady attitude did nothing for customer satisfaction and it was only the manager that was more affable. However even his assurance that i would be reconnected have not come to fruition.<br> <br>
