Still no solution from Cell C
Got fibre through cell C in May and still have not managed to sort out the Black Box which I am paying for. Customer Service keeps making promises but months later...nothing. No word on getting my black box back which has been booked in for repairs...despite NEVER working.

25 Sept 2019, 06:32It is responses like this that do nothing for customer service! It is ok for me to pay for something that has never worked (4 months already)???? At any stage it could have been replaced or I could have been refunded.
