Still no service at Customer service

my reference ***, so still no feedback or resolution. i logged my initial query on the 2nd of February, and nothing, except of course a phone call last week again to say that Lesego Plaatjies is dealing with it but nothing, from Lesego or Danielle Abrahams who initially was supposed to take accountability.
