Still no response from Cell C

Over 3 weeks now and still no response, see message below. These people have promised me to intervene but have failed me. Now they want to further bill me again! I'm being ********ted here.<br> <br> Good day all,<br> <br> It has come to my attention that someone has opened two new open line contracts under my name without my knowledge and consent. I am a very loyal customer to Cell C and have paid all my installments timeously without default. I am sad to say that this experience has diminished my outlook at this company and unfortunately I had recommended it to my peers and family. I fail to understand how this can happen under any circumstance. <br> <br> Cell C has failed to assure call and update me on the status of my complaint. it has been a week and nothing has been done or said to clear my name.
