Still no response: Cell C ********* in their contract renewals
I just need to warn everybody that Cell C is only paying lip service to the complaints lodge here. I posted a complaint here on 23 August 2020 about the issues on my contract renewal and then this is how they react: They respond immediately on Hellopeter with answers aimed to discredit your complaint so everybody thinks the customer is at fault and then they do nothing afterwards. I received an automated e-mail saying "your query has been escalated to the relevant department for assistance" and this was on 11 August nearly a month ago and still no response!

22 Sept 2020, 21:41So what did you expect - here I am two weeks after the above most sincere apology on 6 September and still no response - I received an e-mail two days after this promise that their agent can't get hold of me so I ended up phoning him and he had the audacity to tell me he is just in a training course and will call me right back - and nothing happened after that. Don't you think that this is proof that all that Cell C is doing here is window dressing to discredit the complaint. What a joke?

29 Sept 2020, 20:27Can anybody tell me if Vodacom or MTN provides the same service as I don't want to wait for more than a month without a response - as you can guess nobody has contacted me yet. Peter I think it is a waste of time to lodge a complaint here as all that Cell C does is promising to respond everytime until the complainant gets tired and give up.
