Still no response after I wrote to Hello peter

I am still waiting for someone to contact me as Cellc promised on the 15/JAN/16 about the matter below.<br> <br> Skhumbuzo Ndhlovu Just told me they have credited me already the money they have been *****ING so they wont do any credits as if they doing me a favor. Saying I should pay because I was in a posession of the device. You blocked the F****N ****n device and you come and tell me I must pay because I had the decive, a device that I was not able to use.<br> <br> I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR A DEVICE THAT WAS BLOCKED, I WAS UNABLE TO USE DUE TO THEIR MESS. Nx P***D to the max.<br> <br> How the H**L can you expect me to pay for a service that was not deliverd????
