Still no Response!

After all the inconvenience and valuable time wasted my phone is still not sorted , i received the same message on the 04/05/2015 of R7600 to repair/replace the phone and NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE !!! <br> <br> I want to see a report from APPLE why my phone can not be repaired on the SOFTWARE PROBLEM that i sent in the phone for!!!!!<br> <br> This is really getting frustrating and I am paying for a phone that I'm not using .<br> <br> Looks like i must take this up with the CPA as this is totally unacceptable.<br> <br> <br>
