STILL NO RESPONSE

I POSTED THE COMPLAINT ON 7 MAY 2015 AT ABOUT 9:30 AM AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM CELL C!!!<br> My Sony Xperia M was sent for repairs on 23/03/15, as it was heating up After weeks of going back and forth I finally got it back. However it is still heating up.Also there is a tiny dot on the LCD which was not there before.I was told by Moses Mo***eng that should I get the device back and it still does the same thing, he will arrange for me to get a new device.I only picked the device up this past Sunday, 03/05/15 amd it is already doing the same thing.Please can someone contact me regarding a new device. Please note that I will not wait another 21 DAYS for this to be sorted out! I have already had alot of hassle with Cell C regarding the repair of the device. All I want is for someone to either courier a new device to me or I will go to the Cell C store to pick up a new device.I am sure that Cell C can arrange for that as it should be quite a simple task.I can be contacted on ***. <br>
