Still no response

I am still awaiting a reply from Cell C as they claim they would call me back and according to them my phone numbers that I provided is unreachable when these are the simcards I received from them, now you can see how pathetic their customer service is. I haven't even received a reply from Mpho who emailed to say she would get back to me and I am still here with the same problem. It seems as long as they can make a sale and receive commission that's about all they care about and then they have the audacity to call it customer care. I will be handing in this over to those more capable of getting the job done and then I will see what the response is from this Cell C people. How do you purchase a phone and within a period of three months of purchase date it gives problems abd it keeps coming back with the same problems now tell me how do you put your faith in people like this
