Still no response ....

My case number *** refers.<br> <br> I was emailed by Mpho Ndlovu and contacted via telephone by a lady (did not get her name as I was at the Spar) on 18 November. I was told that the refund was processed on 16 November and that it would reflect in my account no later than Monday, 23 November and that if it doesn't reflect that I should make contact again. I have emailed Customer Service and I placed a message on here on 24 November, I am now placing yet another message on it seems that nothing is resulting in a response, even though a reply was posted on here by Cell C that I would receive a response.<br> <br> I have to date not received a response via email or telephone as was promised. The refund does also not appear in my account.<br> <br> Please can you investigate and advise when I can expect the refund in my account. The dates keep changing (initially the refund was approved and processed in June, 28th October and 3 November) and this is getting increasingly frustrating. <br> <br> I look forward to a response TODAY.<br> <br> Thank you.
