still no resolve.

i sent in a complaint in last week or even the week before, someone called me and said she would call me back regarding my query about my account.....i STILL have not been contacted...i said i could be contacted after 4pm.....i need this to be sorted out please....i dont want to call in to call center as i never get anywhere with them....as i mentioned before, i want someone to review my account and refer to my previous complaint on hello peter and call me with all the info already please. ....i am so frustrated.
