Still no resolution to signal problem

The cell c signal at my home has gotten so bad that my phone does not even register a cellular network. Thanks to you I was unable to contact my mother for mothers day, Thanks a lot. Cell C, you better make a plan very quickly to provide me the service I pay in excess of R1000 per month for, or cancel my contract at no cost to me so that I can take my business to a network who can provide me with the service I expect.
