Still no resolution on my problem

More than a month later still no resolution to my topup option on my contract that can't add to my bill to be payed at the end of the month. This is useless and disappointing but what can one expect from people that likes to sell lies to clients. Now I'm cut off again due to *********** people working for this useless service provider or shall we say that they do everyone a favor to pitch for work each day cause no client is of any importance to Cell C
