still no resolution a year later, cancellation never processed

I cancelled my Cell C Fibre in March 20222, I have notified their accouns dept on numerous times yet they keep on billing and sending me "reminders", I think I am getting BS from their collections agency from a blocked number, For the love that all that is holy this has been dragging on for more than a year.
