Still no resolution

For a third time a Cell C agent contacts me and promise my case is being resolved. Management is on leave, just be patient. Another two and half weeks pass and still no response - no update, no resolution, no comment. Maybe they believe if they wait long enough the problem will go away magically - as if people will not remember how useless they are. Please do not do business with this company - they are the absolute worse in terms of customer service
