Still no resolution

So a call centre agent phoned me again after my last complaint. Again asked me for proof of cancellation. I again explained that it was more than a decade ago and the specific shop no longer exist. They again promised to escalate the matter and get back to me. And then (again) they completely ignore me Please warn everybody that you know never to do business with this company.
