Still no refund as promised

My previous TWO complaints on Hellopeter refers. <br> <br> After lengthy discussion with Mr Patrick Mphuti from the Social Media department, I was promised a refund into my bank account for MSIDN and Connection charges, amounting to R445. This was on 21 January. To date no such refund has been received and Mr Mputi is not forthcoming in responding to my emails. I find it grievous that it should be this difficult, to have to resort to Hellopeter, to get a consultant to act on their promises. Please revert with feedback at your earliest convenience.
