Still no refund after it was promised
Re: incident 03/05/2015<br> As usual no signal most times from this pathetic network... I want R 10000 to buy out my agreement with cell c... After all I am not happy with it... Looks as though I have to approach ICASA... Let's see what they have to say from the screen shots agreeing to refund me....
