still no refund

3 complaints and moses has still not refunded my money which he promised me. He knows the cell c network is bad and he persists on phoning me on my cell when he has my land line. Then he posts on hello Peter that he contacted and resolved the matter. I am getting passed with cell c.

Hello kumarensaminatha,

Please note, you were advised of a credit note, not a refund. A credit note is allocated into your Cell C account not in your bank account. However we have requested Moses to contact you and provide clarity regarding this matter.
