Still no refund

I put a post here in early Oct about a billing then Cell C phoned me and said they will pay my money back. Still have not received any refund. What's up with that???? You cant say one thing and not do it??? Im really so fed up with Cell C is not even funny. The first amount was R1274 and another amount for end Oct was R119.00. I mean really its already a month later. Cell C is the worse providers ever.
