Still no refund

My contract with CellC was officially cancelled on 4 July 2015. I received a statement from them confirming that they will CREDIT my account with R383 on 31 August 2015. Well, this date has come and gone, stiil NO refund.<br> I called them the first week in September 2015 and was told the refunds take up to 14 days. Again, this persiod has lapsed, still NO refund. I called CellC again on 16 September 2015, reference number: *** and was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. NObody has contacted me and I still have received NO refund. This must be the MOST USELESS SUPPLIER in South Africa! Please can i ahve the R383 that you OWE me, CELLC!!!1
