Still no proper feedback from Cell C

Cell C said they will give me proper feedback still no feedback. <br> <br> My data disappeared on the day my contract expired and went onto month to month. I have emailed proof that I didn't use the data and the report Cell c sent me is only around 230mb. <br> <br> I paid for the data I want it back
