Still no progress April Complaint

<p>Just a follow up on my initial complaint. I was called by a Skumbuso from Cell C promising that my complaint will be resolved. I was contacted from a Call Center number. I once again was informed that my case is being 'investigated'. The recordings were requested now by the said Skunbuso. Which essentially meant that previous averments made by the call agents were false in this respect. A simple issue like this is still not resolves and we fast approaching July. Like I said previously as a State Prosecutor, I have seen ******** investigations concluded quicker. Pathetic service. Pathethic post complaint service. Please dont waste your time with Cell C. I am moving over to Vodacom or MTN. The can continue their investigations to thy kingdom come!!</p>
