STILL NO PHONE AFTER THREE MONTHS
After 3 months I still have not received my NEW phone that was sent in for repairs. Every time I ask about it they ONLY reply via email and say it takes up to 7 working days. The latest mail said up to 14 working days. IT'S NOW BEEN THREE MONTHS. I DEMAND THAT I GET A NEW PHONE AS I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR ONE. THIS IS THE WORST CELLPHONE PROVIDER SOMEONE COULD ASK FOR!!
