still no phone after a week

I reported a repairs issue and a lady from the retention department called me making all promises that a new battery will be delivered to the Midrand store and when I got there I looked like a fool when they told me that the battery has not been delivered from the repairs department , all I ask since I was not fortunate with the Samsung model I would like a different phone of the same value of my contract and this time I hope Cell C can assist after million attempts to get a phone
