Still no phone

Handed in my phone for repairs right before lockdown, was then with out a phone, when phone shops were open I went to cell c to check on my repair and told me my phone was turned back because I didnt pay access, fine understandably i then lodged a new claim and paid access the next day R1750 and waited for the confirmation by them which was meant to be emailed, received nothing I then went to the store again and they only told me then that I had to write a motivational letter, which I did immediately. After I was told my phone would take 7-14days, gave in my phone in the 9th of july it's the 6th of August and still nothing I went back to the store on the 3rd of August and they said 3 days I'll get a message to come pick the phone 3 days later still nothing, called them today and they told me I should call next week..worst service ever!!!!
