Still no Phone

I have waited a while for the perfect deal on an Apple iPhone, and recently spotted a good deal on the iPhone 6S on Cell C. I completed the online app and not long after a consultant from Cell C called me back and completed the application over the phone. This was on the 14th November 2015, to date I have still not received the phone. The sim card was delivered to me on the 17th November, but no phone. After calling almost everyday to follow up, and being told to call back and select different options to speak to different consultants and emailing customer care - still no phone. The response I got everyday that I called, is that my application is awaiting verification for approval. On Tuesday the 24th validation was done and approved. Today, the response I got back from the consultant who helped complete my application, is to give it 2 - 3 more working days, they waiting for couriers and then delivery. This is my first cellphone contract and I mailed back to say if my phone is not delivered before the weekend, I would take my complaint further and cancel the contract. This is unacceptable service and very annoying!!!
