Still no paid up letter.

I was handed over regarding a Cellc account. I paid the outstanding amount a month ago and I'm still waiting on a paid up letter. Honestly I tried all possible ways to contact you. You guys can take on new business so easily but closure is a completely different case. As a consumer I know my rights, definitely laying a dispute at the NCR. You are suppose to update settled accounts within 7 business days from payment.
