Still no joy from Cell C

So now Cell C has decided that they had enough of me. The best way to resolve the issue is just to ignore me. I have asked them just to put in writing their decision not to refund me, so that I can show everybody how they contradict themselves. I guess it is going so bad that they cannot afford telephone or email cost anymore, Rest assured, I will continue to tell people how useless this organisation is
