Still no joy
Here we go again with the same story different day. Dealet with MOSES MO***ENG from cell c on the 9th December 2020 regarding my account sent proof of payment as well as bank statements showing no debt orders went off yet I am charged for debt orders going off and today I received an SMS stating I must pay more than double. Why when I phone in get told by sipho I am in arrears. It took so long to change my account to cash that I was told I will get my refund in December. What is going on with cell c?
